At Daniel & Charlotte Toronto, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a clear and fair return and refund policy.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and labels must be attached
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Trying on items is allowed, but items must not show any signs of wear.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., earrings, lingerie)
- Items marked as Final Sale (40% discount or more)
Return Shipping
- Returns must be sent to our international fulfillment center
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided after your return request has been approved.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot guarantee refunds for returns that are lost in transit without tracking.
